BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: Concerns regarding Jack Nicholson’s health have surfaced again after he was spotted on his house's balcony in Beverly Hills. The Oscar winner was seen in a 'not great' condition, donning a large orange t-shirt along with a pair of baggy sweatpants.

The recent sighting happened after over a year since he was spotted with his son, Ray. Many of his fans and followers took to social media lately to express their thoughts on ‘The Departed’ actor’s state of health, with many assuming he has dementia. One fan tweeted, “85 year old Jack Nicholson’s health is failing due to Dementia. I hate dementia. Prayers his way. What a great actor he is. Loved all his movies.”

Another one wrote, “Damn Jack Nicholson got dementia ☹️. I mean he’s 85, but damn.” The third user shared, “How many of can relate to this? I know I can - it’s like we’re all recovering from the shell-shock of the last 3 years, and everyone has to do it on their own timeframe. Jack Nicholson is seen for first time in TWO YEARS.” The fourth user added, "I heard awhile back that Nicholson is having some dementia related issues & that his sons are taking care of him."

‘People just wish he'd come out of the house’

This comes as in January 2023, a tipster told RadarOnline.com, “He's made it clear his home is his castle. But people just wish he'd come out of the house and pop up to tell them how — or at least reassure folks he's OK. Jack's in touch with certain relatives — especially Ray, his protégé, who he's so proud of — but his socializing days are long gone.”

Insiders also spilled out that some of his close ones were afraid that no one will be near him during his final days and he would end up dying alone like his ex-neighbor Marlon Brando. The source revealed, “Brando died a virtual recluse after leading such a colorful life, and Jack's friends are drawing the comparisons. His kids will visit, but they're his only connection to the world. It's like he doesn't want to face reality anymore — and that's just sad.”

‘His mind is gone’

According to an unidentified 'pal' of Nicholson, “Jack and I have been friends for years and he doesn't leave his house anymore... I think his son and daughter are looking after him now. The Mulholland Drive community is pretty close-knit, and they are all worried about him. Physically he is fine — but his mind is gone. It's really sad to see such a super-talented actor, like Jack, go out this way.”

While in 2018, the sources reportedly disclosed why he’s not acting anymore. They added, “There is a simple reason behind his decision — it's memory loss. Jack has memory issues and can no longer remember the lines being asked of him.”

‘He is 85, okay?’

However, former Fox News host Bill O'Reilly did not believe the speculations related to Nicholson’s health. He once shared as reported by the Daily Mail, “I visited Jack Nicholson a few months ago. I had a long conversation with him and he follows the No Spin News very closely and had all kinds of intelligent questions for me."

He added, “I have been friends with him for decades. He is 85, okay? But he is more intellectually nimble than the president of the United States.”
