Diego da Silva Costa — the striker for Spanish club Atlético Madrid and the Spain national soccer team — and Gabriel Fernando de Jesus — the forward for Premier League club Manchester City and the Brazil national soccer team — seem to be embroiled in a new scandal. The two players were seen with the same woman after a few photos were found in a Bible on sale in a charity shop. Unbelievable, isn't it?
A startling report from The Sun tells us that the Bible was in one of two bags handed in by a woman to a charity shop in Marylebone, Central London. A source told the outlet: “The pictures were instantly recognizable as Jesus and Costa — and both were with the same woman. They were both laughing and seemed incredibly relaxed in her company while larking around on pillows without their shirts on.” In another photo, Jesus could be seen flaunting all his tattoos while sticking his tongue out.
Who is the mystery woman?
It's clear that the same woman can be seen lying beside the two soccer stars in the photos. Although her identity has not been revealed, the same source said: “A woman of Spanish or Latin appearance dropped off the bags. She said a friend left the UK and wanted to get rid of a few bits and pieces.” The insider continued, “The woman who brought the bags in has never been back so no one knew what to do with the pics.”
Refuting any forthcoming rumors that the two were together at the same time, the insider added, “The pictures appear to have been taken at different times. The charity shop normally gets jigsaws and second-hand clothes, so this was certainly a change from that.” According to the outlet, the snaps were discovered only recently but the two bags were handed in during May. As of now, it is not known when the photographs were taken.
