Britney Spears reportedly feels 'betrayed and manipulated' by Sam Asghari, wants to 'meet hot guys'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Amid Britney Spears and Sam Asghari's divorce, an insider alleged the singer reportedly "feels manipulated and betrayed by Sam."
Spears and Asghari have separated after being married for a little more than a year, and their relationship is said to have become even more strained as they navigate the complexities of their legal separation.
Where is Sam Asghari living?
Asghari has reportedly relocated to a lavish apartment in the Ten Thousand complex in Los Angeles, and it's been noted that Spears has been footing a monthly bill of $10,000, during this period.
"She's paying him until they settle everything in court," sources said.
Spears now appears to be embracing her freedom and showing interest in meeting new people.
"As far as dating goes, Britney just wants to enjoy her freedom and meet hot guys — that seems to be the priority," sources said.
However, they pointed out that "it's hard to know what Britney really wants down the line — it changes so frequently," per US Weekly.
Is Britney Spears reconciling with her estranged family?
While her relationship with Asghari gets worse, Spears is reportedly considering reconnecting with family members.
Reports claimed Spears has been spending time with her brother, Bryan, recently, with an insider remarking that she had "always been close" to him.
The singer is contemplating mending her relationship with her mother, Lynne.
An insider claimed, "Now that she no longer has Sam to rely on, Britney's more open to possibly repairing things with her mom. She's not sure they can ever fully recover, but she's open to it."
In contrast, Spears did not want to ever reconcile with her father, Jamie.
"Britney has no intention of reconciling with her dad. Jamie is the last person she'd ever turn to. He will more than likely never be a part of her life again," an insider claimed.
Within her inner circle, Spears' confidants include several friends and members of her team, including her longtime manager, Cade Hudson.
"Cade is probably her closest confidante right now," the insider noted.
Spears is spending time with her bodyguards, drivers, "and dancers who are either on the payroll or want to be."
An insider said, "The most tragic thing of all is that there seems to be nobody capable of really helping her."
Spears is also keeping herself busy with her upcoming memoir, 'The Woman In Me,'and was working on new music. An insider said, "The songs will be about freeing herself from negativity and unhealthy people."
