Robin Roberts ‘choked up’ at her on-air bachelorette party
Robin Roberts was surprised with a ‘sentimental’ gift from her sister Sally-Ann, who appeared on the show as part of the celebration. She gifted Robin a personalized cutting board with Robin's and Amber's names etched in the wood.
The piece also featured a beloved recipe by the former's late mother, Lucimarian, who passed away in 2012. Therefore, Robin choked up as she saw the gift with the inscription.
Sally-Ann explained, "You know how much Mama is blowing kisses to you right now, and now you have her recipe for rosemary chicken. I know you're going to be in the kitchen, where you always are.”
Robin was inconsolable and wiped away her tears as she called the gift “beautiful.”
