What happened to Adin Ross’ $180M contract?

In a recent exchange, Twitter user, Ryan, claimed that Kick had terminated Ross' $180 million contract because of his frequent disappearances over the previous two months. The fan wrote, "After disappearing for almost week for the 5th time in the last 2 months, Kick has officially TERMINATED Adin Ross's $180 million contract." He further tweeted, pleading with Ross to begin his stream in the hopes that it would push him to resume, "Hopefully this scares him into streaming, tell that kid to stream."

This sparked a Twitter drama, with other users chiming in on the situation. When Ross became aware of the commotion, he was puzzled and questioned his fan's claim with a simple, "Really, dude?"

Further investigation into the exchange revealed that Ross had not in fact been let go from Kick. Instead, it turned out to be a rumor made up by one of his admirers who wanted the Kick streamer to resume streaming after a mysterious five-day absence. Ross eventually made his comeback to the streaming industry as a result of the internet's humorous trolling of him after finding humor in the situation.

'Yo chat is this real??'

After acknowledging the fan's tweet, one Twitter user said, "I heard it was terminated cause he had next with Lena." A second fan said, "He is a waste of space sometimes..." One Twitter user said, "@adinross don’t fall for this trap bruh it is not worth your time get to the gym and work out your mental. This is all cap." A fourth Twitter user wrote, "Once you make it, it’s hard to find the motivation to keep grinding like you did on the come up. That’s probably why he’s not streaming." The fifth user said, "You can’t just terminate a contract 😂😂 at least make it sound believable." The last user said, "Yo chat is this real??"
