Dianne Feinstein seen maskless at airport after demanding mandatory face masks, Internet slams her 'hypocrisy'

Fox News host Tucker Carlson shared the maskless senator's picture on his show, saying, 'Feinstein can be seen smiling without a mask on'

Fox News host Tucker Carlson had shared pictures on Monday night, September 28, which allegedly show Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) not wearing a face mask while at Washington Dulles International Airport, Virginia, about 26 miles west of Downtown Washington, DC. 

Carlson claims that Feinstein had written a letter to the Federal Aviation Administration demanding that "all airport and airline employees and passengers" wear masks. Carlson had begun the segment which featured a news report from June where he states, "More and more lawmakers are calling for nationwide rule on wearing face coverings."

"Senator Dianne Feinstein has written to federal agencies asking for a mandatory mask policy both in the air and on public transit," he had said. "Well, given that, today, this show exclusively obtained photographs of — and this is going to rock your world — Dianne Feinstein in a private terminal at Dulles airport, an FBO as they say in private aviation, on Friday," Carlson said referring to Feinstein's current travel. 

"In the photographs, Feinstein can be seen smiling without a mask on," he added. Carlson also shared that the picture had also shown "a pilot with a mask" who was "walking in front of her carrying a bag and a dog." 

In the letter, Feinstein had written, "I write to urge you to implement a mandatory mask policy for all airport and airline employees and passengers as cases of coronavirus continue to surge. I ask that you issue guidance as soon as possible so passengers can have a clear understanding of the requirements and so that we may reduce exposure for workers and travelers alike."

"While some transit agencies and airlines have implemented mandatory mask guidance for the public, reports indicate that the patchwork of rules have only sowed confusion among passengers. Therefore, I ask that you issue clear, nationwide, mandatory mask requirements for all aviation employees and travelers," the letter stated. 

Many social media users took to commenting on the news of Feinstein not wearing a mask and called her out. One such social media user had shared, "It seems that Dianne Feinstein was caught at the airport without a mask it’s strong proof that the Democrat are full of shit this virus isn’t as deadly as liberal media pushes VOTE RED!!! REMOVE EVERY DEMOCRAT." Another outraged social media user took to the comments section to share, "Such BS! I have a friend who just had to put her husband in hospice and she can’t see him. But Feinstein and Pelosi are out and about not wearing masks?? WTF!!!" Another said, "Ruh roh.... appears California Sen. Dianne Feinstein was caught at Dulles Airport NOT wearing a mask this past week. Yes, same Dianne Feinstein saying everyone needs a mask out in public. Ahh the hypocrisy! #TuckerCarlsonTonight".

"Anyone seriously think that 87-year old Senator Dianne Fienstein would show a reckless disregard for her own health?" commented another user. Yet another wrote, "Look at sen Dianne Feinstein no mask at airport just like Nancy do as I say not as I do they will say it's Trump's fault where is the cop that tazed and arrested Alicia Kitts the mom at her kids football game he's got work to do." An angry social media user shared, "An empty salon is one thing... but in the damn AIRPORT?!?!? OK...We're DONE with the effing masks...DON'T EVER mention them again @SenFeinstein! We. Are. DONE. with this masked charade! #OpenAmericaNow."
