NBA star Dennis Rodman claims Madonna once offered him $20m to get her pregnant: 'That's if the child was born'
Former basketball star Dennis Rodman has made a shocking confession about pop icon Madonna while recalling a bizarre incident from the past.
During an appearance on 'The Breakfast Club' on Thursday, September 19, Rodman got candid about his 1993 romance and claimed that Madonna had offered him a lot of money to get her pregnant.
The 58-year-old NBA star recalled Madonna telling him, "She said, 'Dennis, you know that I'm ovulating'. I said, 'What is that?' I was trying to f*** with her, you know?"
He added that at the time he was gambling in Las Vegas while having the phone conversation with the 'Like A Prayer' singer. She asked him to take a jet and come to her so that they could get down to business.
After the two had finished, he immediately flew back to Las Vegas to continue gambling. Rodman revealed, "She asked me that if I got her pregnant, she'd pay me $20 million. That's if the child was born."
The NBA champion assumed that Madonna's eldest daughter, 22-year-old Lourdes, could have been born due to a similar arrangement that she had made with trainer Carlos Leon. She gave birth to Lourdes in 1996.
Rodman was also asked whether he feels like his career received a boost because of his fling with Madonna to which he said, "No, it's the other way round."
He shared that back in 1993, her career was dwindling and she had only dated him given his "bad boy" image. "I was going up and she was pretty much leveling off," he shared.
Madonna is currently the mother of six children — Lourdes, 18-year-old Rocco, 13-year-olds David and Mercy, and six-year-old twins Estere and Stelle. She was also recently in the news for supporting Miley Cyrus who got divorced from Liam Hemsworth.
Cyrus shared an honest and open message on social media and refused to apologize or explain the breakdown of her marriage. Cyrus' friend Madonna immediately chimed in, egging Cyrus on.
