Is Max Ehrich still in love with Demi Lovato? Ex-fiance slammed as 'clout chaser' as he sulks at proposal spot

The actor can be seen sitting all alone at a beach in Malibu where he had proposed to Demi Lovato, but internet was having none of it

American actor and singer Max Ehrich, who is fresh off his break-up with popular R&B crooner Demi Lovato, was most recently spotted sulking at the same spot where he had popped the big question to the 28-year-old singer, as reported TMZ.

The publication got their hands on a short video where the actor can be seen sitting all alone at a beach in Malibu where he had proposed to her by going down on his knees. The duo started dating in March 2020 and posted a lot of PDA-filled photos on social media during their quarantine time together. The lovely couple got engaged in July 2020, however, the lovers parted their ways within two months of getting engaged. In the video the actor can be seen getting up to walk a bit before “plopping” back down to sulk.

The moment the short video went viral on Twitter, a lot of social media users rushed to slam ‘The Path’ actor. While sharing a fun-filled video of Ehrich from one of his recent live sessions, one user asserted, "Clout chaser this was literally him like two hours ago." One user said, “He is so embarrassing.” Another furious individual tweeted, "Oh please. Is anyone buying this nonsense? Such an attention seeker."

One person sarcastically explained the thought process of Ehrich and posted, "His thought process: i miss that attention I got when I was with Demi, how do I milk this s**t so I can still be relevant cause I want to be more famous? just called my agent, they set up a meet with TMZ at the place I proposed, hopefully I get clout from this." Another user added, "He’s acting like he was the one being manipulated and used." Not believing in the actor’s recent actions, one person stated, “Crying thinking about max ehrich calling the paparazzi so they could film him fake crying and acting emo."

TMZ also revealed that they bumped into Ehrich at Los Angeles airport a week ago where he pleaded with people to stop bullying him over the break-up and also requested everyone to give him and Lovato their privacy without making anyone the villain.

According to Vanity Fair, sources told People magazine that Lovato reportedly broke-up with Ehrich because she felt his “intentions were not genuine” and added that breaking off the engagement was not an easy decision for her.
