Many celebrities were featured in Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande's single collaboration and Demi Lovato happened to be one of them. The video did not just mark Ariana Grande making her relationship with her boyfriend Dalton Gomez official, it also saw Demi Lovato with her boyfriend Max Ehrich, and from the looks of it, the two stars have been quarantining together.

A day after the video of 'Stuck With U' premiered, Lovato, shared just her part of the video to announce that she is "really happy" with Ehrich. She captioned the video, "Happy to be a part of something so special right now. Like really REALLY happy if you can’t tell... #stuckwithu (sic)." In the video, the couple dance to the song and express affection by kissing each other. It is quite sweet.

Speculations of Lovato's relationship with the 'Young and the Restless' actor began in March. E!News had quoted sources who confirmed that Lovato and Ehrich were together and spending time. The source was quoted as saying, "Max is very into music and health, and he doesn't like to party. He is a good influence on Demi and they have a lot in common. They have a few mutual friends in common, but Demi has been introducing Max to her closest friends via Facetime since being quarantined. It's very new but they are definitely hanging out and seeing where it leads."

Lovato also crashed Ehrich's Instagram Live in March accidentally when she had covered his shoulder with a blanket while he played the piano. He then mouthed to her that he was Instagram Live and that's when she scurried out. But then that was a little too late because by then fans had already figured out what was up between Ehrich and Lovato.

The couple had also hinted about their relationship on social media. For instance, Ehrich had shared a black and white picture of himself on Instagram and captioned the picture, "When you realize you should've packed more for your quarantine stay...have a blessed Monday filled with health, happiness, safety, joy, love, and laughter." To this, Lovato had commented, "Fine by me."
