DC Young Fly says he is still grieving the tragic death of his girlfriend Jacky Oh: 'I cry all the time'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: DC Young Fly is still shattered from the tragic death of his girlfriend, Jacky Oh. The 'Wild 'n Out' star opened up about his agony, saying that he tries his best to hide his grief in front of their children, Nova, 6, Nala, 2, and Prince'Nehemiah, 10 months, but bawls his eyes out behind closed doors to mourn the loss of the 33-year-old, who died on May 31.
"God is the greatest," he told TMZ during a June 28 outing in New York City. "He's granting me the strength to keep going. I gotta take care of my babies. That's the key to life. Just gotta keep going, stay prayed up, and never let the tragedies and the stuff that you going through bring you down."

The comedian shared that it is "human" to show emotion during a difficult time, and he is no different from that. "I think people want to see me cry," the 31-year-old continued, adding, "I'm just not going to record myself crying and show you I'm crying." He expressed, "I cry all the time," letting everyone know that he grieves for his partner like any average person would.
DC Young Fly's children after Jacky Oh's death
When asked about how the children are coping with their mother's death, he said, "Unless you've been through that situation, you won't know. We 'gon get through it." DC first met Jacky at a hotel lobby in 2015, in the same year both were on the 'Wild 'N Out' lineup. She thought that he was "so cute" at that time. "I liked him," she recalled in a 2017 interview with DJ Smallz Eyes, adding, "I was vibing with him."
What happened to Jacky Oh?
Jacky was found unconscious last month in a Miami hotel room where she was reportedly staying after going through a medical procedure. A spokesperson for the Miami Police Department previously said that lifesaving efforts were performed, but "unfortunately, she was pronounced deceased at the hospital" on May 31. She was laid to rest at a June 11 memorial service in Atlanta in the presence of her friends and family, who released doves in her honor. Tons of speculations have been made online about Jacky Oh's exact cause of death. However, no official reason has been revealed, and her cause of death remains under investigation.
In an Instagram post, DC shared an update on her funeral, writing, "Sent you off the right way mama 🤎🥹 love u forever 💪🏾💪🏾 the kids gon be str8 and you kno GOD got us 💪🏾🙏🏾🤎."
