AUSTIN, TEXAS: Joe Rogan, a UFC commentator and a renowned podcaster, was recently left in shock after illusionist David Blaine revealed a scary incident of being bitten by a king cobra.

David is working on a National Geographic series, traveling the world over to learn about incredible feats passed down through generations. He is trying to learn how to handle snakes, which is the most dangerous thing he has ever done in his life.

During the interview with Rogan, Blaine said that one of the scariest things that had happened to him while recording for National Geographics, was being bitten by a king cobra. He stated that the snake has enough venom to kill a full-grown elephant in 30 minutes.

Blaine explained that he had to travel for 20 minutes to reach the hospital to get an antivenom. Rogan was shocked and said, "Oh God! So 20 minutes of King Cobra venom?"

Blaine then said, "It was scariest and most intense thing I've ever done." Rogan enquired, "How many of these guys die doing this?" Blaine said, "We the two snakes. We had one of them killed its previous previous owner."

He was trained with friends Mike and Chris Gillette, who are amazing snake trainers, and Fitz, who is incredible with handling cobras. David also talked about how he keeps his heart rate low. He said that the last dangerous thing he ever did was during his show in Vegas when he was jumping from a height. He feels grateful for the help he received.

Joe Rogan plans to move to 'X' after Spotify deal expires

Rogan is likely to move his podcast broadcast to 'X' (formerly Twitter) when his podcast contract with Spotify ends. Even though Spotify is clearly more widely used than YouTube, only 17% of podcast listeners actively utilize the platform, according to EssentiallySports. Without a doubt, 'X' (previously Twitter) has a larger global following than Spotify.

If Rogan doesn't want the independence that 'X' gives, other platforms can try to lure him in with more alluring offers. Although Rogan hasn't publicly stated where he plans to host his podcast next, it's likely that he will be leaving Spotify.

As Elon Musk transforms X into a platform for creators, as is apparent by Musk and Rogan's recent collaboration on an episode that was specifically licensed for X, Musk may challenge Rogan for his content. Amazon is known for offering big deals with fewer restrictions, and YouTube is venturing into podcasting.
