DAMAGE CONTROL? Donald Trump hosts Jewish group days after Nick Fuentes-Kanye West dinner scandal
MIAMI, FLORIDA: Donald Trump hosted an orthodox Jewish group on Friday, December 16, however, he did not address his recent dinner with alleged Holocaust denier Nick Fuentes and Kanye West. Trump, who announced another presidential run in November, had dinner with the duo at Mar-a-Lago over the week of Thanksgiving.
Speaking at the Torah Umesorah Presidents Conference for educators, which took place at the National Doral club in Miami, Trump said that he was "'the best ally." He alleged Congress was "almost anti-Israel" and continued to speak without evidence that some Democrats in Washington "hate Israel with a passion." Trump said, "I just want to give you one little piece of advice: I think it's very important, because I see what is happening in Congress — 10 years ago, 12 years ago, 15 years ago, Israel had a tremendous friend in Congress. Today they don't have a friend in Congress," quotes DailyMail.

He further said, "Today Congress is almost anti-Israel, I would say, with AOC plus three, with all of these people that are in there that hate Israel with a passion. And you have to treat your friends with respect. You have to treat your friends with dignity. And you have to be loyal to those friends, because the friends aren't there for Israel like they used to be," as per the outlet.
Nick Fuentes and Kanye West Controversy
Fuentes hosts an online show called 'America First with Nicholas Fuentes,' where he has allegedly been known to make antisemitic comments. Trump claimed he "knew nothing about" Fuentes when he dined with him. On the other hand, Kanye, who was suspended from Twitter after posting a Swastika inside a Star of David, as per The Guardian, praised Adolf Hitler during an appearance on Alex Jones' 'Infowars' show earlier this month. As per the rapper, the former president became upset during their dinner meeting when Kanye asked Trump to run as vice president on a shared ticket. Trump and Kanye have both announced they’re running for president in 2024, as per Daily Mail.
One of many questioned, "Trump invited Ye to the WH and Fuentes to Mar a Lago. No mention of that?" Another said, "Yes, he’s trying to clean up his Kanye West mess…" One more said, "Yup nothing to look at in regards to hanging out with Holocaust deniers. Hard to believe anyone thinks that’s a big deal. Glad you have such an open and intelligent perspective." "Trump figures his “Undying support for Israel” should cancel out his antisemitism. There’s a lot of that going around," wrote an individual.
