While one truth can save a relationship, one lie can kill it. Truth be told it can be vice versa. But even worse, a simple prank can leave one’s life flipped if it turns out wrong. That said, a Playboy model told her boyfriend that she wanted them to be swingers as an April Fools joke. The pair, who had been dating for over a year, unfortunately, split as her boyfriend didn't catch the joke and messed up.
Cris Galêra, a Brazilian beauty, revealed that she intended to "test" her partner by pranking him about going to a swing house which she anyhow dislikes. As an April Fools’ day prank, the model wanted to know whether her boyfriend would laugh at the joke as she believed he’ll be aware that she disliked swingers. "Knowing that I don't like it," she continued, "I felt April Fools' Day would be a good opportunity to see what he feels about it." Sadly, she ended the relationship as he told her he wanted to visit the swing house.

Galêra, 33, stated she texted her boyfriend, telling him she was planning a weekend trip to the swing house. She stated, "He responded euphorically saying it was all he wanted, and I was disappointed." Because of his sudden revelation, the model chose to break up with him. “He was sad when I told him it was all a lie," she added "I would never frequent a swing house." Well, we guess her boyfriend had other ideas and she finally found out about him.
Back in January 2022, Galêra was making headlines for announcing that she is ‘too hot to date.’ She claims that men are so intimidated by her beauty that she began wearing spectacles in an attempt to ease the situation. She said at the time, "Men turn away from me because they think I'm too hot, like they don't have a chance. But without at least one conversation it is really difficult." Talking about her spectacles trick, she added: "I look smarter so they don't just look good or boobs or butt. "I have more chances with the fake glasses."
But this isn’t the only time Galêra has sparked attention. In 2021, she married herself in front of a Catholic church in So Paulo to promote “self-love.” Unsurprisingly, she got an official divorce after 90 days of ‘self-marriage’ claiming she has met someone new, which could be this guy who now is dumped because of the failed prank.
