Courteney Cox welcomes Jennifer Aniston on Instagram as the 'Friends' stars reunite with adorable throwback photos
Jennifer Aniston has been on Instagram for just a day and has already garnered around four million followers!
Aniston, who played the role of Rachel Green in the popular sitcom 'Friends', broke the internet by sharing a reunion selfie that featured all her 'Friends' co-stars.
Courteney Cox, who played the role of Monica Geller on the epic series alongside Aniston, shared a welcome message for her co-star along with a selfie.
Cox had captioned the image, "'Hi Jen! Welcome to the social media world... it sucks. You’re gonna love it!" Cox was spotted in Beverly Hills wearing all black as she arrived at a nail salon.
Aniston seems to be getting the hang of Instagram very fast and had shared Cox's post to her story. The 50-year-old had inaugurated her Instagram stories by re-sharing a mix-up of 'Friends' nostalgia and selfies.
One of these pictures included a picture that featured a Lego version of her character Rachel with her on-screen partner David Schwimmer who plays the role of Ross Geller.
However, Aniston's Instagram handle is currently on a break as it crashed hours after she made her debut on the social media platform.
Within an hour, Aniston's handle had got more than 116,000 followers while her first post garnered hundreds of thousands of likes before crashing.
The picture was a selfie featuring the entire 'Friends' cast that included Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer.
She had captioned the image, "Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer."
Aniston's friends such as Reese Witherspoon also took to Instagram to welcome her onto the platform. Witherspoon commented beneath the selfie, "YASSSS!!! Welcome to Insta Jen!!!"
Aniston also shared a selfie with James Corden and Dolly Parton who had also posted it to welcome her to Instagram.
