Two days after the "sudden" death of 'Counting On' star Grandma Mary Duggar, multiple reports say that she died due to accidental drowning.

Radar Online released audio from a 911 call made from Duggar's  Arkansas home on Sunday, June 9, the same day her famous granddaughter Jill Dillard revealed her grandmother had died "suddenly." The call came at 4:37 pm, requesting emergency assistance be sent for a "possible drowning."

"Call came in of a possible drowning at [address redacted]..that’s [address redacted]. Big house in the back…older woman, 14 echo — unconscious. Medics are responding," the dispatcher said. In Arkansas, "14 echo" is the police code for an individual who is unconscious.

USA Today spoke to Washington County Coroner Roger Morris who confirmed the news and said: "It appears she slipped and fell into the pool."

The news of the 78-year-old matriarch's death was rather unexpected as the Duggar family posted on their Facebook page. "We are so sad to share that Grandma Duggar (Mary) passed away Sunday afternoon, June 9th, 2019," the post read. Dillard took to Instagram to share a heartfelt post revealing her grandmother's death was a sudden one. "My heart breaks. My grandma died suddenly today! She was an amazing woman of God and such a great example to so many!" she stated. "Grandma, you are greatly missed by all who knew you! She was a feisty, incredible woman who always took the time to talk about Jesus with everyone she knew!" she added. "I know she was ready to check outta here and get her new body in heaven before the old one started giving her too much trouble! We miss you so much!!" she concluded with the hashtags " #maryduggar #rip #grandmaduggar #safeinthearmsofjesus."

Grandma Duggar is survived by her daughter Deanna, her son, Jim Bob and 21 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
