Who is Corey Lewandowski's wife? Trump ex-aide accused of 'affair' with Kristi Noem
South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem is allegedly having an affair with her adviser Corey Lewandowski, who previously served as Donald Trump's campaign manager. The alleged fling has been on for quite a few months, sources have confirmed to a publication. Both parties were in each other's company last year as Noem campaigned for Trump's reelection. The two were together at a rally in Maine before news of them contracting Covid emerged. However, a spokesperson for the governor said she hadn't been in close contact with Lewandowski for 13 days.
Of politicians and their scandals that have impacted their career majorly, we've reported about Alabama's Secretary of State John Merrill in April this year when texts and audio clips of his affair were released. He pursued an extramarital affair with Cesaire McPherson, a legal assistant, for three years. He agreed to be having an affair with her after a long period of denial and his political career bore the brunt of this scandal. In the case of Noem, “there are members of Congress close to Mar-a-Lago who have called the affair ‘an open secret’ and worried that about Noem’s viability as a national candidate and within the movement,” a source with knowledge about the matter told American Greatness. American Greatness claimed the affair had been going on for months and that Noem's chief of staff Joshua Shields had resigned due to Lewandowski's interference. American Greatness says on its website that it aims to be the leading voice of the next generation of American Conservatism.

Who is Corey Lewandowski's wife?
Lewandowski has been married to Alison Lewandowski since 2005. Born in 1974 in Massachusetts, she studied at a non-profit college-prep establishment at Lowell Catholic High School and graduated from the University of Massachusetts. She was earlier married to Brian Kinney who died in the 9/11 attack. Washington Post reported, Kinney boarded the United Airlines Flight 175 at Boston's Logan International Airport for California to meet a client but the flight was steered into the South Tower of the World Trade Center by hijackers and he died on the spot.
Lewandowski and Alison knew each other since school and they dated in college before parting ways. They reconnected a couple of years after Kinney's death and tied the knot in a privately organized ceremony. They both became parents to three sons and a daughter all aged between 10 to 14. The couple and their kids live in Windham, New Jersey.
While speaking about his wife and the support he feels in his life because of her, Lewandowski had said, “When you have a great support system at home, it makes your job a lot easier. While I know it’s difficult on her and the kids, they understand what we’re trying to accomplish here is very, very important for future generations.” Speaking of their relationship, there has been a fair share of ups and downs they've faced together including the sexual assault charges against him in 2017.
Singer Joy Villa had come forward to say he hit her twice on her buttocks during an event in Washington in 2017. Joy said the slaps felt “disgusting and shocking and demeaning.” These accusations were leveled against him while the world was gripped with the #MeToo movement that kickstarted after several women spoke out against Harvey Weinstein's sexual assaults. Lewandowski spoke to Fox a couple of hours after the allegations saying: “I think as someone who has been through this, you understand that there is a due process and there is a process which they will go through to determine a person’s innocence.”
Kristi Noem denies affair
The governor, 49, has been married since the age of 20 to Bryon Noem, with whom she has three kids. Noem dismissed rumors that she was having an extramarital affair with Trump confidant Corey Lewandowski as 'total garbage' and a 'disgusting lie' rooted in sexism. 'These rumors are total garbage and a disgusting lie,' Noem said in a tweet Wednesday, Sept 29, afternoon. "These old, tired attacks on conservative women are based on a falsehood that we can't achieve anything without a man's help. I love Bryon. I'm proud of the God-fearing family we've raised together. Now I'm getting back to work."
