Bob Saget may have been discreetly suffering health concerns at the time of his terrible and mysterious death, a lawyer stated. While Saget's family has denied he had any health difficulties, Neama Rahmani, a former assistant US Attorney, told The Sun that, "healthy people do not normally fall backward, strike their head, and die."

After the Saget family demanded the prohibition of his death reports, a Florida judge permanently blocked the release of Bob Saget’s autopsy photos, videos, and other records related to the death. The beloved comic was discovered dead in a room at the Orlando Ritz-Carlton on January 9 after suffering a fatal blow to the head. Saget, 65, had an abrasion on his scalp, a fracture at the base of his skull, fractures around his eye sockets, and a hemorrhage on his brain, according to an autopsy done last month.

Details concerning Saget's personal goods discovered within his room are also barred. Saget, 65, may have slipped and fallen on a carpeted floor, hurting his head, according to Orange County Sheriff's Office (OCSO) detectives in their final report released earlier this week. However, any matter collected from Saget’s room would be kept absolutely private. Rahmani claimed that the death reports were blocked by the Saget family because they "could contain evidence of Saget’s health problems, such as seizures" or other ailments.

"Pictures of Saget’s body or the hotel room could also be embarrassing, depending on what Saget was doing right before he died," he said.
Rahmani added, "The family may simply want to preserve Saget's dignity" by blocking the documents' release. "There has been a recent trend in celebrities litigating to limit dissemination of graphic photos, starting with Vanessa Bryant [Kobe Bryant's wife], and we may see judges siding with family members over the presumption that these records are public.”

Till now, Saget’s family lawyer has not responded to Rahmani’s comment and there is no clarity on the matter. Saget's widow, Kelly Rizzo, and his three adult kids from a previous marriage filed a complaint a month earlier, claiming that the revelation of records detailing the star's death would cause them "suffer irreparable harm in the form of extreme mental pain, anguish, and emotional distress." In total, 57 images of Saget's hotel room, as well as bodycam footage shot outside the hotel room, will be provided to the public under the conditions of the injunction, according to Bieber.

Attorney for the Saget family, Brian Bieber, said in a statement that the court's order will help Saget’s family to proceed forward in privacy. He added, "We are pleased this issue has been resolved, and the healing process can continue to move forward."
