An onlooker at the restaurant sneakily captured some shots of the trio. Amal was sitting next to Roberts. Opposite the ladies, Clooney had his elbows resting on the table and his hands clasped firmly. As seen in the images posted by the onlooker, it seems like the three of them dined at Calile's upmarket lobby bar. This restaurant has a robust menu that features rib-eye steak priced at $75 and a charcuterie plate at $60.
Amal was spotted in a beige singlet with her luscious dark brown hair parted down the center. She had a pair of sunglasses on her head. Chic and classy!
Roberts, on the other hand, was rocking a long-sleeved black top. She accessorized her look of the day with a gold bead necklace and had her hair in a sleek low ponytail. Her co-star in 'Ticket to Paradise' was dressed rather simply in a black polo shirt and his sunglasses were placed in front of him on the table.
The co-stars along with the human rights lawyer were seen sipping on some wine with their meal.
Ticket to Paradise
The shooting for the movie started last month on the Gold Coast and later moved to Brisbane. It then shifted to Whitsundays. In the movie, Clooney and Roberts play the role of a divorced couple that comes together to stop their daughter Lily from getting married.
They desperately travel to Bali to stop their daughter's marriage with a local resident in Bali; Lily is played by Kaitlyn Denver.
The cast of 'Ticket to Paradise' also include Billie Lourd, who plays the role of the daughter's best friend and travels with her to Bali. In March 2021, it was revealed that George Clooney and Julia Roberts were headed to Australia for the commencement of the project.
In October, George relocated his family -- Amal and their five-year old twins Alexander and Ella to Australia. Complaining of the conditions of this relocation, George said "you have to stay in one place for 14 days until you're finally allowed to go out and breathe" in an interview with Marc Maron.
