ESPY Awards 2022 Red Carpet best-dressed: From Ciara and Lindsey Vonn to Ayesha Curry
The 2022 ESPY Awards were presented on July 20 at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The Awards typically honor the finest in sports, but as the celebrities walked the red carpet this year, it appeared more like a full-fledged fashion show. Ayesha Curry, the spokesperson for Covergirl, brought her A-game on the red carpet, along with celebrities like singer Ciara, actress Aubrey Plaza, and skier Lindsey Vonn.
Steph Curry, a member of the Golden State Warriors and a four-time champion who eventually won the MVP award in the NBA Finals, hosted this year's awards ceremony. In a recent interview with THR, the NBA player recalled being asked to host this year's show. Steph said that it "just sounded amazing" and that he "thought it would be a very cool experience to stretch myself a little bit." In addition to hosting the event, Steph is a nominee for multiple 2022 ESPY categories, including Best Men's Sports Athlete, Best NBA Player, and Best Record-Breaking Performance.

Golden State Warriors player Stephen Curry and his wife Ayesha Curry embraced couple harmony by dressing in complementary styles. The Curry family, which included their two kids, all donned matching outfits in black and white for the red carpet event.
Lindsey Vonn, the American Alpine skier, highlighted her toned hourglass physique in a floor-length blush gown with a halter cowl neck, and was the epitome of elegance. The backless gown on the Olympian, 37, halted just above her rear end. Ciara chose a stunning evening gown with a plunging neckline and sparkling rhinestone chest pads to ensure her modesty. The Denver Broncos quarterback added a fun element to his look by donning a suit jacket that was split in half, with one half boasting a grey pinstripe pattern and the other sporting a rich black color to match his slacks. The 33-year-old athlete held his wife firmly around the waist as they proceeded to walk the red carpet for the photographers.
Aubrey Plaza leaped in sporting a low-cut, white gown that perfectly embraced her petite body. The 'Parks And Recreation' actress had sleek, dark chocolate hair that touched the tops of her shoulders.
Swoon-worthy peeks of Jon Hamm, 51, and girlfriend Anna Osceola, 34, were offered as they walked the red carpet hand in hand. In a black tuxedo, black patent leather dress shoes, and a polished coif on his salt-and-pepper hair, Hamm looked stunning. Osceola was dressed to the nines in a stunning red shift dress embellished with red floral patterns. She smiled as her gorgeous auburn hair in loose curls cascaded across her back and shoulders.

Alison Brie arrived in a black dress with exquisite flower appliques, making a strong fashion statement. The actress's skirt had a harness-like design and was made out of black leather with silver studs and O-rings. Brie had her brunette hair pulled back in a thick ponytail and accentuated her lips with some radiant pink lip gloss.

Maybelle Blair, the great athlete who served as the muse for the 1992 film 'A League of Their Own,' was pictured with Abbi Jacobson. Jacobson, who will play the film's main character in the Amazon series adaptation, looked gorgeous in an orange gown. Jacobson gave a hearty hug to the former All-American Girls Professional Baseball League star. Maybelle sported a baseball bat-shaped cane and a maroon and white letterman jacket on the red carpet.
Lil Wayne showed off his lean body as he arrived donning a black mesh top and a pair of black vinyl leggings. The rapper brought his 12-year-old son Kameron Carter as a guest.
