The legal troubles for Chris Brown don’t seem to end as weeks after he got accused of beating a woman in Los Angeles, he is now getting sued by his former housemaid after the rapper’s dog reportedly mauled her at his Tarzana home back in December 2020.

According to the documents obtained by TMZ, the 32-year-old rapper apparently tried to cover up the entire situation when 911 was called. Brown’s Caucasian Shepherd Ovcharka, Hades, apparently attacked her out of nowhere when she was emptying the trash. Speaking of Brown's troubles, he has been in the headlines for his legal cases over the last few years mainly due to allegedly beating up women.

What really happened?

The former housemaid of the multi-platinum rapper, who is suing Brown as Jane Doe, has revealed that the singer-songwriter is responsible for her injuries. The dog apparently ripped chunks of flesh off her face, arms and body, leaving her a bloody mess. Apparently, in a separate lawsuit filed by the housemaid’s sister a few months ago, it was revealed that Brown and some members of his team were at home when the unfortunate incident took place but no one came despite her crying for help.

Jane Doe also shed further light on the lawsuit, as reported by TMZ, saying she was lying in a pool of blood when the rapper finally came over. However, instead of helping her out, he directed his team to get hold of the dogs and scram before the cops and paramedics arrived on the scene. She further stated that the ‘Go Crazy’ hitmaker tried to cover up the incident with misleading information by saying he didn't know what happened, or who took the dogs after the cops questioned him about the same.

What happened to the dog?

In the lawsuit, Brown’s dog Hades was later euthanized by the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office Animal Shelter after finding the pooch to be dangerous. The anonymous housekeeper added that she had to go under extensive surgery to save her life. She has claimed that the injuries she sustained have permanently scarred her. TMZ reported that the husband of the housemaid is also suing the Grammy-winning artist for loss of the ability to have the love and companionship of his wife.

Brown was recently in the news when he got accused of hitting a woman during an argument in a Los Angeles home, reports say. According to the authorities, the incident took place on Friday, June 18. The LAPD said that the authorities responded to a report of an argument at a residence in the 19600 block of Citrus Ridge Drive in the San Fernando Valley area around 7.30am local time. A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department informed that the incident is being investigated as a battery and will be referred to the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, as reported by TMZ. Brown's legal troubles go a long way back when he was arrested for physically assaulting singer Rihanna in 2009. In 2019, he was arrested in Paris over allegations of aggravated rape and drug violations.
