Golden Globes pianist Chloe Flower made peace with Michelle Yeoh after ‘I can beat you up’ jab
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Every flower takes its time to bloom, and so did Golden Globe pianist, Chloe Flower. However, Golden Globe Awards night seems to have been a blessing in disguise for her. Golden Globes pianist Chloe Flower was having a rough night. It's a hard job to try and play off an overwhelmed star during their acceptance speech and considering it is Michelle Yeo, the jitters are perhaps understandable.
'The Crazy Rich Asians' actor, Michelle Yeoh bagged the Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy for her performance in 'Everything Everywhere All At Once' and took her time to soak at the moment. However, Yeoh was interrupted in the middle of her speech as a piano began to play in the background, seemingly urging her to exit the stage.
However, Yeoh refused to step down, responding with a quick, “Shut up, please,” which prompted laughter from the audience. “I can beat you up,” the actress added with a laugh. This incident somehow made Chloe Flower viral.

We touched and we held hands. I said, ‘I would never disrespect you and play during your speech.’ She was so lovely and nice.” Flower added there were no hard feelings.
