Cher says if Trump 'steals' 2020 he will end voting by the people: 'There'll be elections only for the rich'
Pop icon Cher launched yet another all-caps rant on Twitter, this time claiming that President Donald Trump will end elections in the US if he "steals" the November election.
The 'Believe' hitmaker warned her 3.8 million Twitter followers on September 23 that Trump would end elections "by the people" and replace them with “elections 4 the rich.” In conclusion, she declared that "YOU WILL PAY A PRICE BEYOND COMPREHENSION 4 YOU & YOUR CHILDREN” if Trump is re-elected, Breitbart reported.
“Swear 2 you if trump wins/steals 2nd term HE’LL GET HIS WISH 'SUPREME LEADER' & WE’LL NEVER SEE ANOTHER ELECTION BY THE PEOPLE,” the Joe Biden-backer wrote. “THERE’LL BE ELECTIONS, 4 THE RICH, BY Trump. IF YOU THINK THIS CANT HAPPEN, YOU WILL PAY A PRICE BEYOND COMPREHENSION 4 YOU & YOUR CHILDREN. HE WANTS POWER.”

The left-leaning songstress is known for her relentless criticism of the sitting president. Earlier this month, Cher called Trump a "mass murderer" and called for him to be sentenced to "death."
On September 11, the 74-year-old singer posted an all-caps tweet to convey her outburst but quickly realized that her choice of words mightn't have been appropriate. "THERE’S A BLAME 4 KILLING SOMEONE," Cher wrote. "ITS CALLED 'MURDER'. IF YOU MURDER MORE THAN ONE PERSON YOU ARE A MASS MURDERER. THERE ARE MANY PUNISHMENTS FOR DIFFERENT DEGREES OF MURDER. BUT WHEN SOMEONE 'KNOWINGLY 'MURDERS' PEOPLE... THE PUNISHMENT IS DEATH. Trump’s a mass murderer… hhmm.'' However, she soon deleted her tweet.
The 'Moonstruck' actress has used the "end of democracy” theme in the past as well. In August, Cher warned that democracy in America would end if Trump won in November. She further claimed that he would institute a “dictatorship” thereafter.
“If Trump wins It’s End Of Democracy & Start Of trump Autocracy. He’ll Have COMPLETE Control,” Cher tweeted at the time. The singer also reiterated allegations that the president was ripping mailboxes out of sidewalks and destroying sorting machines. She also floated a conspiracy theory claiming Trump will next try to "dismantle the US Supreme Court, the US Army, and police forces around the country" despite his well-known pro-law enforcement stance, Breitbart reported.

The week before, the 'Strong Enough' hitmaker raised eyebrows after she cataloged her failed attempt to volunteer at a local post office in Malibu, California.
Tweeting about how her volunteering attempt went bust, she wrote: "OK, Called 2 post offices In Malibu. They were polite. I Said 'Hi This Is Cher,& I Would like to know If you ever take Volunteers' Lady Said She Didn’t Know & Gave Me # Of Supervisor. I Called & Said Hi This is Cher Do U Accept volunteers.'NO, Need Fingerprints & Background Check'.”

She even attended a small USPS rally, where she was seen holding a sign with the words “Hey Senate! Snap Out of it!” — paraphrasing her 'Moonstruck' character Loretta Castorini.
Postmaster General Louis DeJoy later promised to “suspend” several of his initiatives — including the standard operating-procedure of removing mailboxes — until after the election is over so as “to avoid even the appearance of impact on election mail". In his statement, he promised to "deliver the nation’s election mail on time.”
