The two famous TikTok stars Charli and Dixie Jane D’Amelio’s latest tweet has led to a fan war on Twitter as one of the sisters accused the other of “hitting” her. It all started with a tweet by Dixie saying "charli just hit me", to which Charli responded saying, "this is so insanely false i have so many witnesses".

Fans of both the parties were soon divided as they took to Twitter to support their favorite star. What followed was a string of interesting reactions as internet users began commenting on their sibling fight which was brought to light on social media. Telling Dixie how to get back at her sister one fan wrote, “Omg yk what u should do is that the next time he gets DUNKIN and she sets it down and try to steal it and hide it from her without her seeing and film her reaction."

Another added, "Honestly she should put laxatives in it."

Meanwhile, Charli's fans had a rather different opinion. Many of Charli's fans were seen calling her older sister a drama queen for taking to social media to complain about her baby sister. One wrote, "@charlidamelie we confirm that dixie is drama queen?? @dixiedamelio." Another added, "dixie is such a drama queen@charlidamelio."

And one user noted that reality court show's Judge Judy should settle the rift between the two sisters. "Judge judy is on the case" wrote one fan.

In other news, the sisters launched their very first make-up brand by joining hands with Morphe's new sub-brand Morphe 2. It seems like the TikTok stars have already found an alternate career option should the Chinese app be banned for good. Their new make-up line is marketed towards the Gen Z audience according to Elle. Talking about their new make-up line, Charli told Allure, "With Morphe, we’re working together to show that you are beautiful with or without makeup. I want people to wear as little or as much as they want and feel confident." While Dixie added, "I’m the most confident when I'm around people who support me and this line is about bringing people together and doing exactly that."

Charli and Dixie rose to fame via TikTok. Although Dixie is the older sister, she rose to fame after Charli gained popularity on social media. She had over 28.8M followers on TikTok and enjoys around 15M followers on Instagram. Charli came to be known among internet users after she uploaded her first dance video in 2019 and became the highest followed TikTok celebrity on March 25, 2019. Charli's current TikTok account has over 75M followers.

She recently made headlines for calling it quits with fellow TikTok star Chase Hudson. They confirmed their relationship in January 2020 and broke up in April. In June she created an alter ego on TikTok calling it Barley D'Amelio. The account boasts over 4.5M followers.
