Cara Delevingne's deleted tweet about split with Ashley Benson likely posted by hacker, sparks outrage
Our hearts skipped a beat when we found out that Cara Delevingne and Ashley Benson broke up. The tweet spread like wildfire but then it was taken down almost immediately. This isn't an isolated hacking since Offset too was a victim of a social media hack that got people thinking if he had any intentions of cheating on Cardi B again.
Looks like another one of our favorite celebrities has fallen victim to social media hacking that has been occurring rather frequently. The tweet was quickly deleted 20 minutes after it was posted on Twitter.
The tweet read, "Me and Ashley broke up," which was confirmed by the 27-year-old model that the message was not from her for sure. The couple who has been head over heels in love with each other has been dating since 2018 and of course, there was no space for any trouble in their paradise.
Cara loves her privacy and her relationship with the 'Pretty Little Liars' star Ashley Benson was supposed to be a private affair. Cara was previously asked why she had been hesitant in discussing her relationship with Ashley in press interviews, to which she reacted to E! News saying, "Because it's sacred,".
Cara continued to talk about her relationship status with Ashley and said, "I get why people care so much, and I don't want to be so secretive that people think I'm ashamed of anything. But I've never been in a relationship where things are so public, or where I posted pictures of someone else. This seemed different. We had gotten to the point where we had kept it a secret, or at least not wanted attention, and now I feel like I'm not going to not be proud."
