'Can't wait to feel it again': Julianne Hough to return to ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Season 32 but this time as a host
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Julianne Hough, who has grown her career by appearing on 'Dancing With the Stars' for several seasons, is poised to make a comeback to the floor, but this time as a host. The announcement follows Tyra Banks' statement that she isn't coming back for Season 32 of the show. Meanwhile, Alfonso Ribeiro is scheduled to return as the co-host and the panel of judges are Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and Derek Hough.
"It is such an honor to be returning to 'Dancing with the Stars' as a co-host. The show holds such a special place in my heart from the many years and different roles I have had the privilege of being a part of,” Hough told Variety. "I am so excited to reunite with Alfonso, Carrie Ann, Bruno, Derek, the unbelievably talented pros and the amazing cast on the dance floor. The energy is magnetic every time you step foot in to the ballroom and I can’t wait to feel it again," she added. Hough's new role on 'Dancing With the Stars' involves Disney's moves to expand the show which featured on ABC from 2005 to 2021. She debuted as a professional dancer on 'DWTS' in 2007. She swept seasons 4 and 5 in a row. She left the program in 2009, but returned as a judge in 2014 before departing again in 2017. In 2021, she featured as a special judge on the program.
