Caitlyn Jenner takes nude shower on 'I'm A Celebrity' as shocked campmates scramble to cover her up
Caitlyn Jenner became the first contestant on the British reality TV show 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here' to bathe in the complete nude in the jungle, leaving it to her campmates Kate Garraway and Nadine Coyle to cover up her modesty.
The earlier seasons have seen numerous participants stripping down to their skimpy swimwear while taking showers in the midst of mother nature, but never had anyone bathed in their birthday suit before.
However, after a particularly filthy and gruesome game segment on the show, 70-year-old Caitlyn decided to do just that.
Earlier in the day, the former 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star got covered in rotting meat, fish guts, and other disgusting muck during a bush trial challenge.
"I have never smelt a smell like it... God love them!" Kate later told the Bush Telegraph while describing the smell, Daily Mail reported.
As soon as the trial was over, Caitlyn was keen on getting rid of the gunk off her body without the constraints of any piece of clothing on her body and hence took the decision to bathe naked.
The only problem was the fact that the campmates were under 24/7 surveillance—which is kind of the whole point of the reality show.
In order to cheat the system, Caitlyn enlisted the help of Kate and Nadine to assist her in getting a proper shower without the cameras getting a peek.
That was when the pair came up with the idea of holding up an oversized sheet to shield her from the prying gaze of the hidden cameras.
Caitlyn could be heard squealing with joy after finally being able to take a proper shower.
"You'll be the first one to have a naked shower in the jungle!" Nadine is heard saying. Speaking about the experience, the 'Girls Aloud' singer told the Bush Telegraph: "We held up kind of a little area for her to shower so that she could get a proper wash."
