Legendary hip-hop dancer and choreographer Bruno ‘Pop N’ Taco’ Falcon died on Saturday, July 2, at his home in Long Beach. He was 58. The sad news of his demise was confirmed by his sister Diana Wolgamott. The official Facebook page of the hip-hop icon too confirmed his untimely demise. He was best known for teaching Michael Jackson a few popping and locking moves and also appearing in several of his music videos including ‘Smooth Criminal’ and ‘Thriller’.
 
The news of Bruno Falcon’s death comes months after the legendary actor and comedian Louie Anderson died in January. He was admitted to the hospital days earlier after being diagnosed with cancer but sadly could not make it. Bob Saget is another icon that Hollywood lost on January 9. Speaking of celebrity deaths, Betty White died at 99 of natural causes on December 31, 2021. Chick Vennera, DMX, Jay Black, and Jeanette Maus are other public figures who passed away last year leaving their loyal fans devastated.

Bruno ‘Pop N’ Taco’ Falcon was born on June 10, 1964, in Los Angeles, California. He shot to fame after landing the role of an antagonist in the hit movie ‘Breakin.’ Speaking of his death, his sister Diana Wolgamott broke the news of his death to TMZ revealing that Falcon may have died from a possible heart attack. TMZ reported that Falcon’s death is being considered natural and no autopsy will be conducted.
 
The official Facebook page of the legendary hip-hop dancer also paid tribute to him writing, “It is with sadness and emotion that I announce Bruno passed away yesterday.” The page further stated, “Bruno was an incredible, kind and generous man. He always had that smile that lights up our hearts every moment. A unique and incredible talent. He will forever be the greatest dancer of history, with Michael Jackson” concluding, “We are all thinking of Bruno's family and sending them all our love. Bruno "Pop N' Taco" Falcon is the king.'

Apart from dancing videos, Bruno ‘Pop N’ Taco’ Falcon also went on to act in films such as ‘Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey’, ‘Thumbelina’ and even Michael Jackson's ‘Moonwalker.’ Falcon shared a close relationship with Michael Jackson and is believed to teach him popping and locking moves.

Tributes poured in for the late iconic dancer as one of the fans stated, “RIP to the legendary Bruno “Pop N Taco” Falcon. Pioneer in hip hop dance, friend and collaborator of #MichaelJackson, and an artist who will be forever missed.” Another posted, “I've said this many times on here. Breakin' was a major part of my intro to the culture as a kid. I know dialogue from it verbatim. I used to copy all the moves. And this man was my favorite. RIP to the legend Bruno "Pop n Taco" Falcon.”  
 
The next one shared, “Rest In Peace to the great Bruno “Pop N Taco” Falcon.
