Bruce Willis' wife Emma Heming says she 'misses him' as he self-isolates with ex Demi Moore
Just days after Bruce Willis and his former wife Demi Moore revealed they were quarantining together, his wife Emma Heming confirmed that she was not staying with the pair.
The 41-year-old commented on Moore's Instagram post which featured the exes and their daughters Tallulah, 26, and Scout, 28, in matching green pajamas — "love and miss you guys".
Emma Heming has been publicly supportive of Willis' choice to self-isolate with Moore as she remains with their two daughters Mabel, 8, and Evelyn, 5.
It is not known why the family is not all isolating together but that has not stopped Heming from praising and complementing her stepdaughters. "Not many can pull that color off! Looking good squad," she commented on one of Tallulah's pictures.
On April 8, Heming shared a closer look at her self-isolation with Willis' youngest children. She had shared a video on her Instagram story showing her daughters holding a hand-made banner. She captioned it, "If you drive by our house the girls want to hear you honk for happiness."
"So the girls put up their sign 'honk for happiness' right in front of our house, and I'm in my office, and I can actually hear people honking," she revealed. "People aren't honking here, but I swear they have been," she said jokingly.
For the past month, Heming's husband Willis has been spending time with his daughters from his first marriage. Demi Moore and Willis got divorced in 2000 but have maintained an amicable relationship since then.
In recent pictures shared by Tallulah, 57-year-old Moore and 65-year-old Willis were seen sporting matching green striped pajamas along with the rest of the family while smiling for the camera. Their other daughter Scout, 28, can be seen in the background along with film director Dillon Buss. The two also share daughter Rumer, 31, together.
Moore had also taken to Instagram to share pictures of herself and her family in self-isolation together. One of the pictures shows the family sitting on the floor of her home while going through family photos.
She had captioned the image, "Quarantine crew… working on a family photo project." The mother-of-three also shared a video of her daughters singing together as Scout played the guitar, putting on a spontaneous performance at home. "Scenes from home #stayhome," she had captioned the image.
Moore has been very supportive of Heming and Willis' relationship and had also attended the pair's vow renewal ceremony that took place in March last year while both Willis and Heming had shown their support for Moore at the launch of her memoir.
Recently, Moore wished her former husband Bruce Willis a happy birthday by sharing an adorable throwback picture of them and their children on Instagram. She had captioned the image, "Happy birthday Bruce! Thank you for the three greatest gifts of my life."
In her memoir, Moore revealed, "I think Bruce was fearful at the beginning that I was going to make our split difficult, and that I would express my anger and whatever baggage that I had from our marriage by obstructing his access to the kids — that I’d turn to all of those ploys divorcing couples use as weapons," People reported her as saying.
"But I didn’t, and neither did he," she added. Moore had also admitted that the split "wasn’t easy at first, but we managed to move the heart of our relationship, the heart of what created out family, into something new that gave the girls a loving, supportive environment with both parents."
