Heartbreaking video shows Bruce Willis speaking and singing for first time since dementia diagnosis
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: It was Bruce Willis’ day on March 19 as the actor celebrated his 68th birthday with his family. He was reportedly in a delighted state during the celebrations with both his wives and children. The ‘Die Hard’ star also appeared to say something and sing while others cheered for him.
As per reports, Willis suffers from dementia and has not been in the public eye much. However, on his special day, his former wife Demi Moore posted a clip on Instagram, where she and Willis’ current wife Emma Heming Willis along with their children gathered together to raise a toast for him.

‘So glad we could celebrate you today’
The video showed the partygoers along with the birthday boy singing Happy Birthday. Willis was also seen speaking with the people around him before he blew out the candles in style, making everyone laugh. His family went on to shout “Hip-Hip Hooray” to him. Moore wrote in the caption, “Happy birthday, BW! So glad we could celebrate you today. Love you and love our family. Thank you to everyone for the love and warm wishes — we all feel them.”
The sweet share has attracted more than 400k likes on the social media platform with numerous lovely messages for the ‘Unbreakable’ actor. A fan commented, “He seems A LOT better than I was picturing. Yes I know, this is probably just a good moment amongst countless beast breaking and bleak times… but I’m glad he and the family could have this one. So glad he has an amazing family. Even though they’re no longer together… Demi and Bruce… THERE is couples goals.”
