Bruce Willis' daughter Tallulah goes topless with buzzcut and is the spitting image of Demi Moore in 'GI Jane'
Demi Moore was always experimenting with her hair in her younger days and her daughter, Tallulah Willis, proved she is no different when she let her dad, Bruce Willis, shave her head on Tuesday, April 7.
The 65-year-old 'Die Hard' actor took a razor to his daughter's hair and gave her a trendy buzzcut while he practiced self-isolation with his kids, their respective partners and his ex, Demi, 57, amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Topless photos of her sister were shared by the former couple's eldest daughter, Rumer, on her Instagram page. "Shaved this nugget’s head today," she captioned the pictures, which have garnered more than 20,000 likes.
In the snaps, Tallulah was seen debuting her buzzcut hair as she posed against an out-of-focus scenic background. A number of fans pointed out that there was a stark resemblance between her latest look and the time Demi shaved her head to become almost bald in 1996 to sport a buzzcut in 1996 for the Ridley Scott film, 'G.I. Jane.'
The clip of Bruce hard at work, trimming away at his daughter's hair, was first shared by Tallulah's filmmaker boyfriend Dillon Buss. As her dad was bringing on his hair designing skills, Rumer was heard telling her younger sibling, "Gorgeous, look at that. You look like Joan of Arc, dude!"
Later Rumer was seen cleaning up the cut with a trimmer. "I get very serious while shaving heads," Rumer said in the clip which was reposted on her own Instagram account.
Although Bruce and Demi had split up two decades ago when their 13-year marriage came to an end, they have been on friendly terms and have mastered the art of co-parenting their three daughters, Rumer, 31, Tallulah and Scout, 28. In fact, they were so successful in co-existing in the same space that the modern family had decided to quarantine together, despite Bruce being married to Emma Hemming and sharing daughters Mabel, 8, and Evelyn, 5, with her.
On Monday, Bruce and Demi posted a picture of themselves with their daughters while wearing matching green and white striped pajamas. Apart from the couple, Scout and Tallulah's boyfriend, Dillon, was seen holding a pet dog. "Chaotic neutral," the photo which was shared on Tallulah's Instagram account was captioned.
In another photo posted on Dillon's page Tallulah and Scout's boyfriend, Jake Miller, were seen in addition to the previous gang. Rumer was not seen in any of the pictures.
Although Bruce was seen in both the pictures, many wondered if he was just visiting his ex and his daughters or if he was actually living with them, since his current family, including his wife, was nowhere to be seen. And if he was just on a visit, it could mean that the actor was not following the rules for social distancing properly.
"The two exes reunited during their self-isolation," a source told People magazine.
Just days after Bruce and Demi revealed they were quarantining together, Hemming confirmed she was not staying with the pair. However, she took to her Instagram to tell her ex and her stepdaughters to "stay safe".
"Family bonding at its finest, miss you guys," she added in one of the pictures that Tallulah posted, Daily Record reported.
