Britney Spears worries fans with another video of her dancing with knives after cops conduct welfare check
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: After Britney Spears sparked concerns among her fans by showing off her sleek dancing skills wielding knives, police visited the singer for a welfare check.
Following the welfare check, Spears put up another display of her dancing skills holding knives, making her fans even more worried.
TMZ reported that the initial call for the welfare check was made by a member of the LAPD Smart Team.
The police told the publication that they donโt conduct a welfare check if a fan asks for one. They claimed that a person who knows Britney asked for the check and was concerned about the Grammy-winning singer.
The news outlet reported that when the deputies of the Ventura County Sheriff's Department arrived, they learned that Britney was fine. However, she didnโt want to talk to the cops.
Initially, Spears worried her fans when she appeared to have a gash on her thigh and a bandage wrapping a portion of her right arm.
She posted the initial set of videos with the caption, "I started playing in the kitchen with knives today ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ !!! Donโt worry they are NOT real knives !!! Halloween is soon ๐๐๐ !!!"

On September 29, she posted another video where her gash was, however, invisible. She composed a long message along with the post.
The mother of two wrote, "I know I spooked everyone with the last post, but these are fake knives that my team rented from Hand Prop shop in LA. These are not real knives."
She continued, "No one needs to worry or call the police. Iโm trying to imitate one of my favorite performers Shakira โฆ a performance I was inspired by !!!"
She concluded, "Cheers to us bad girls who arenโt afraid to push boundaries and take risks ๐ ๐ผ๐ ๐ผ๐ ๐ผ!"
