Britney Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline and sons plan to move to Hawaii amid singer's marital woes
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Britney Spears' teenaged sons reportedly did not want to live in LA, near their mother as their father, Kevin Federline, was planning to shift to Hawaii. The Princess of Pop seems to be embroiled in another difficult situation after it was alleged that her married life with her third husband, Sam Asghari, was not going well.
Federline is the legal guardian of the two children, Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden James, 16, per the Daily Mail. As he wants to move to Hawaii with his current wife, Victoria Prince, he mailed a letter to Spears' lawyer Mathew Rosengart via his attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan.

Insiders told TMZ that Federline's team was waiting for Spears to answer “by week's end." "If Britney objects, Kaplan will go to court and ask permission from the judge ... and given Britney hasn't seen the kids in more than a year and the kids want to leave town, it's likely the judge will allow the move,” sources reportedly said. The publication stated the reason for the move was because Prince has gotten a job offer from a Hawaiian university.
This comes soon after TMZ reported earlier in May that trouble began brewing in Spears and Asghari’s life after they exchanged vows in 2022. It also stated that the ‘Hold Me Closer’ singer has started getting physically violent with the Iranian-American model. Quoting sources, the tabloid claimed, “Sam doesn't stay at their home much anymore and it's especially alarming because of how she has come to rely on him.”

Spears had posted a cryptic message online that said, “In every relationship, there's the person who falls asleep instantly and the other person who lies awake wondering how that's even possible,” along with a lengthy caption about her life and choices.
However, this was not the first time though. In August 2022, the ‘Toxic’ singer shared a series of photos with her husband and wrote, “My husband … I love building a life with you … you’re the love of my life … and I just pray we don’t kill each other before the end of the year !!!!” which attracted many concerned reactions.
