Rapper Lil Uzi Vert and his girlfriend JT most recently graced the cover of Arena Homme+ magazine and got a tremendous response for the same after their pictures got leaked on the Internet. However, it looks like the seductive magazine cover did not go down well with the rapper’s ex-flame Brittany Byrd as she slammed the City Girls’ rapper JT, leading to a beef between the two.

It seems both Brittany Byrd and JT do not believe in staying mum as they took shots at each other on the Internet after the former mocked JT with a tweet and an Instagram video.

Who is Brittany Byrd?

Brittany Byrd is an artist and a curator as described on her official Instagram handle. She is also the owner of Byrd Museum. With more than 200,000 followers on the photo-sharing app, she regularly updates her feed with interesting photographs. She is also listed as a creative with the Los Angeles-based company Photo Genics. Byrd has earlier worked with Lindsay Lohan as a stylist and also a personal assistant. Brittany Byrd and Lil Uzi first met through a mutual friend around 2016-17. The relationship lasted a few years. In March 2020, Uzi Vert had shared that he was dating JT.

After the pictures of Uzi and JT’s magazine cover got leaked, Byrd indirectly mocked them with a tweet where she posted a sock emoji and followed it up with another tweet, writing, “LMFAO” with a laughing emoticon. In the leaked pics, we could see Vert in boxers while JT donned white swimwear. Many believed that she insinuated that Vert had stuffed his briefs for the shoot. This did not go down well with JT as she took potshots at Byrd in a now-deleted tweet, calling her an animated grasshopper, as reported by multiple outlets. JT then again took to Twitter and posted, “H*e would literally die to be in my shoes with the success I have! All ni**a & “drip” aside I shit on your whole fake life!”

This should have ended the drama but Byrd then took to her Instagram stories over the weekend to share a video, which deteriorated the situation further. In the video, Byrd accused Vert of abusing JT, adding that she saw him three-piece her like a person in a Mayweather fight. Byrd dubbed herself as a feminist and labeled JT a “homeless” girl. JT then again took to her official Twitter account and shared multiple tweets slamming Byrd. Getting provoked by Byrd’s IG video, JT shared, “Bi**hes be trying to stop bags categorizing you! Nah baby ima get every bag that comes my way & make sense” adding in another tweet, “I love that my tweets locked a bi**h not gone directly try me they just gone talk in the airrrr or get blocked.” She then claimed that she has never even seen Byrd in her life. “I NEVER SAW THIS GIRL A DAY OF MY LIFE!!!!!” adding , “This the most attention & traffic this bitch ever got & it’s a holiday weekend congrats!!!!”  JT, who seemed pissed off from Byrd’s new video concluded, “You can say I’m homeless” girl if you mad I said you homeless just say that. Cause you never breathed my air!”

‘Shorty pulled the classic feminist card'

The beef between Brittany Byrd and JT created quite a stir on the Internet. A lot of social media users took to Twitter to speak about Byrd’s latest IG video. Speaking about the same, one user stated, “Lil Uzi ex was lookin for smoke wit JT & got it then shorty pulled the classic feminist card.”Another shared, “Lmfaooo Lil uzi ex posting random s**t like she ain’t just start some is so funny to me . Yeen slick.”

One user posted, “Lil Uzi’s ex is lame asf, she just took a L for that.” Another added, “I don’t know why but Lil uzi ex gave me think line between love and hate vibes lol.” The next one tweeted, “She is not a feminist she said all that just to bring up jt.” One user concluded, “Stop calling her Lil Uzi ex... you’re starting more drama by even attaching her name to that!”
