'Bringing Up Bates': Tori goes into labor but is worried about the situation in the hospital amid Covid-19

Tori Bates and Bobby Smith had been eagerly waiting to welcome home their bundle of joy. In the latest episode (August 26), the Bates family finally got a chance to see the newest member of their family. Recently, Tori visited the hospital she was set to give birth at and opened up about her fears of delivering a baby amid coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19).
Tori admitted that she was feeling overwhelmed with emotions as there were many restrictions put in place. One of them was limiting only one person in the delivery room. While Tori was not pleased to hear this, she was happy to know that Bobby could be there next to her.
The latest episode traced the journey the pair had up until welcoming their second child. While Tori had been a couple of days away from giving birth, Bobby decided to continue going to work. However, he made sure that he was always on standby if he were to get a call about her water breaking.
As expected, Bobby soon got the call and without wasting any time, he was quick to jump into the car and drive to his place. Luckily, Tori and Bobby had already packed everything they wanted to take with them to the hospital. To make things easier, Tori had the support from her siblings who were ready to take care of their son Kade.
Tori was hoping that the second delivery would be easier as she had experience delivering once. On the way to the hospital, Tori's water broke and her contractions became even more. Luckily, they reached the hospital on time. Even though the rest of the family could not be there in person, Tori decided to surprise them by getting them all together on a video call.
The Bates family managed to see the birth of Tori and Bobby's second son, Kolter. The pair was happy that everything went smoothly despite the shadow of Covid-19- hanging around heavily. Once they reached home, they were excited to introduce Kade to Kolter. The two brothers got along from the start.
Kade was happy to see his sibling and looked excited. Undoubtedly, the love between them was visible.
'Bringing Up Bates' airs on Thursdays at 9 pm ET on UP.
