Brad Pitt couldn't help but take a dig at ex-wife Angelina Jolie at the SAG Awards, much to the amusement of his other ex, Jennifer Aniston, with whom he has rekindled his friendship over the past few years.

Pitt made the remarks on stage after it was announced that he had beaten his contemporaries Jamie Foxx ('Just Mercy'), Tom Hanks ('A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood'), as well as Al Pacino and Joe Pesci ('The Irishman') to the Best Supporting Actor award for his role as Cliff Booth in 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.'

In his acceptance speech at Los Angeles' Shrine Auditorium, the 56-year-old not only suggested there was tension during his marriage to Jolie -- the couple finalized their divorce in 2019 -- but also joked he might use this win to boost his online dating profile.

He highlighted the similarities between Booth in 'Once Upon a Time...' and his personal life, where he's struggled with alcoholism, before seemingly throwing a jibe at Jolie. "Let's be honest, it was a difficult part – a guy who gets high, takes his shirt off and doesn't get on with his wife. It was a big stretch. It's big," he said.

The camera panned to Aniston in the audience at this point, and the actress couldn't help but be amused at Pitt's underhanded remark. Pitt also said he might just add this win -- this was his second SAG Award in nine nominations -- onto his Tinder profile, joking, "I got to add this to my Tinder profile."

The actor further fueled rumors that something was brewing between him and Aniston, who he divorced in 2005 following a five-year marriage after he was seen reuniting with her backstage at the ceremony. Aniston had won a SAG Award herself for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series for her turn on 'The Morning Show,' and Pitt was reportedly watching it all unfold from behind.

In one of the pictures, they could be seen smiling warmly at each other and going for a hug. In another, Aniston is touching Pitt's chest as he held her arm. ET reported that, after the ceremony, the pair even headed to the same Netflix after-party located at Sunset Tower in Los Angeles, though they did not pose for pictures together there.
