Brad Pitt's mother furious at Angelina Jolie for treating 'her son like dirt' and ready to confront her head-on
Angelina Jolie has been recently vocal about how her ex-husband is always busy with his work so that he does not have enough time to spend with their half a dozen kids - a comment which has left Brad Pitt's mother, Jane Pitt, displeased.
Jane, who is flying in to see her son this holiday season, is apparently very protective of his 55-year-old son and does not condone of the fact that his ex-wife was bad-mouthing him in the press.
“She’s done with all this cruelty and unpleasantness that’s been shown towards her son and looking to confront Angie head-on,” a source told Radar Online.
The source added: “Jane’s no pushover and she’s furious at the little amount of time she and [Brad’s dad] Bill have gotten to spend with their grandchildren, too. Moreover, though, she wants to give Angie both barrels for the way she still treats her son like dirt. She’s looking forward to it and won’t hold back.”
In a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar, the 44-year-old actress lamented the fact that she was she’s stuck raising their kids in California because of the decisions made by Brad.
“I would love to live abroad and will do so as soon as my children are 18,” Angelina said. “Right now I’m having to base where their father chooses to live. I want the children to grow up in the world — not just learning about it but living it and having friends around the world."
During a rare three-day break in his hometown of Springfield, Missouri, Brad caught up on some much-needed family time while visiting his parents. He has also been caught spending increased amount of time with a newfound love interest, Alia Shawkat. The two have been recently spotted together several times.
'Brangelina,' who were once American sweethearts, fought a bitter custody battle over their kids after their divorce was finalized in 2016.
