Pitt sold his sprawling Los Feliz estate
After nearly 30 years of ownership, Pitt has sold his sprawling estate in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles. The property, which sits on 1.9 acres of land, was reportedly being quietly shopped off-market for around $40 million earlier this year. Originally constructed in 1910 by an oil baron, Pitt extensively renovated and expanded the estate during his time there. It served as a home for him and his former wife Angelina Jolie, where they raised their six children and enjoyed amenities such as a skating rink, tennis court, swimming pool, Koi pond, skate park, motorcycle garage, ballroom, and movie theater. The estate is located near Jolie's home, which she purchased for $24.95 million in 2017 following the couple's separation in 2016.
