'Blind Date' Season premiere sees Party Peter do body shots on Kristen and fans are not pleased
Party Peter has arrived and will he be able to rock Kristen's world?
After around 13 years, 'Blind Date' is finally back to our screens. From beaches, body shots to motorboating, this episode had it all.
In an age where one can swipe left or right, hopeful singles who are looking for love or just any connection take the plunge by going on a blind date. Back again after around 13 years, the series is all-inclusive. Each episode, the series showcases two couples who go out on a limb no matter the ethnicity, sexual orientation, and age.
In the premiere episode, we were introduced to two couples, and it was nothing less than entertaining. One amongst them was 34-year-old Kristen and 38-year-old Peter. Kristen is a home care worker, and Peter is a banker. Kristen claims she is a lot to handle, but also has a lot to offer. Peter, on the other hand, claims he's been single for a long time because he's always locked up in the office with his career in front. Right now he is looking for the right one.
One way to put their first date, it was definitely better than the other couple, it went well and ended well too. But Peter who calls himself Party Peter did have some starting trouble after he took one good look at Kristen. They go paddleboarding on their first date, and within a few minutes, Peter takes a dip.
Though their date seemed a little boring at the start, it all took a U-turn after Kristen revealed she was open for a threesome after she found her ex-boyfriend looking up for hookers on craigslist. Peter gets drunk, and finally, Party Peter shows up and is all out for fun. He starts off by taking a body shot using Kristen, and things start to get handsy. After a steamy make-out session in the hot tub with Kristen getting motorboated, Peter was surely not into her was charming personality but also her boobs.
Taking to Twitter, post the episode, fans reveal their jaws dropped knowing that people like Party Peter still exist and that their date was quite realistic. "This first couple on Bravo’s #BlindDate made my jaw drop!! Very realistic of some first dates though."
Adding to that another said, "What am I watching? I mean they still make them like party peter? Yuck. #BlindDate."
