K-pop fans can't keep calm! The latest revelations might break some hearts but will also make some fans go all "awww!" According to latest reports, Blackpink’s Jennie and Big Bang’s G-Dragon have been spotted on multiple dates, while speculations are rife that the pop idols have now been dating for around a year. 

This week, Dispatch first made the revelation on Tuesday, February 23. However, rumors of the two having "something" has been doing the rounds for more than a year now. As per a question asked by an Internet user on Quora about the alleged romance (back in 2020), one person replied at that time saying, "Nobody knows. People claim G Dragon is “like family" & a “mentor" or a “big brother,” but the truth is, nobody really knows. What do we know?"

The user also commented about their friendship and G-Dragon's equation with other Blackpink members, "They're friends & have been for years, probably dating other people over these years. We know GD is probably still friends with Jennie since he hits like on her photos via his private account, but he also hit like on another BP member's around the same time that he liked a few of Jennie's, so it's safe to assume he's probably friendly with all of BP."

The post also read: "We also know he was in her IG live stream, but since it was a group setting, they were most likely working. But it is interesting to see that there's a possibility they may spend time together outside of work. We know Jennie is often seen wearing his 'peace minus one' brand accessories such as clips or beenie…but she's not the only celebrity seen wearing his stuff. also, they both share a love for the daisy flower. Now after all most a year, it is confirmed that the two have been romancing for a while now. One Internet user demanded Jennie's privacy and said, "is it that hard to leave Jennie alone?? she needs her space, yall gotta stop lurking into everything she’s doing. being caught twice by these mfs, really proved that YOU ARE ALL AROUND HER." Another said, "Never ending defamation from yt channels to different socmed platforms to invading her privacy and getting stalked for 2 years. Protect Jennie’s privacy! @ygent_official."

Some demanded an official statement by YG Entertainment, saying, "@ygent_official give us a statement and sue those spreading malicious rumors! Protect Jennie for once!" and "Please stop being ambiguous .@ygent_official. These are people under your agency that is under heavy speculations. Release an official statement of confirmation or denial, along lawsuits against those who have been malicious against Jennie. At least this time, defend her privacy."

More people came forward demanding Jennie's privacy, saying, "We need to actually talk about how Jennie has been followed and stalked by the same person since late 2018...that's literally like not legal...it's like spying wtf is wrong with Dispatch??? I NEED YG TO DUE DISPATCH NOW. @ygent_official DO YOUR JOB FOR ONCE AND PROTECT JENNIE."

Another said, "I'm not gonna believe this shit! I'm not even a fan of jennie but this is sickening! Leave her along wtf."

Calling the latest news a "rumor", some fans wrote, "I don’t think Jennie and G dragon are dating. It’s just a “fake”/rumour to bring down YGE again, like they always do." A few already started thinking about their future "fights" saying, "Imagine if Jennie and g dragon has a fight and they're both main rappers from yg".
