The power-packed work drama is what VH1's 'Black Ink Crew: Chicago' is all about. Petty things aside, the crew is one talented bunch of tattoo artists -- all insanely good at what they do.

In the recent episode of the reality show, we see disagreements and verbal fights between Draya Penzo, Kitty Sovain, and Prince Spencer, who all have issues with Charmaine Bey (owner of the tattoo shop, 2nd City Ink), still! The irony here is that Ryan Henry (owner of the tattoo shop, 9Mag) planned a retreat for the crew, to help maintain and strengthen their work ethic and bond.

Did 'Black Ink Crew' stars Ryan Henry and Kitty Sovain sleep together? This information from a source will shock you

On the episode that aired on November 29, 2021, Ryan Henry goes all out and plans a full-fledged retreat, complete with games and team-building exercises. The crew hasn't been put together lately and little fights have been blown out of proportion. Hence, Ryan figured something good would come out of this trip, but he didn't know how the tables would turn.

The event planner chooses Ryan Henry and Charmaine Bey as the team leaders, who in turn have to pick their teammates. Everyone from the crew is picked in a heartbeat, save for Prince, Draya, and Kitty. When Charmaine picks Prince, he quickly refuses, almost as a reflex. Later, she picks Kitty, who cordially agrees. Prince is still not over the tiff he had with Charmaine that also involved his now pregnant girlfriend, Miriah.

They play a game where someone anonymously writes a line or two and the rest of the crew has to guess who is being referred to. Again, Prince picks on Charmaine for calling him out and for not letting him work at her tattoo shop, 2nd City Ink. Although Draya still has an issue with Charmaine, she was very civil to put it across, saying she always wished the best for her.

On the other hand, Kitty and Charmaine have a heart-to-heart, where they both share that they've always had a love for the other, but clearly were not the best at expressing it. They hug it out and decide to sit down and put their differences aside at a later time and day.

Will Prince sort out his problem with Charmaine too, as the girls did? If people don't get along, how is this team-building exercise going to work or benefit anyone? Stay tuned to know what happened next!

New episodes of Season 7 of 'Black Ink Crew: Chicago' air every Monday at 8 pm ET on VH1.
