There's something about drama-filled reality shows with petty fights and misunderstandings that are quite immature but almost impossible to discontinue watching since we're already so invested in the stars' life, as an audience. Needless to say, 'Black Ink Crew: Chicago' is a classic example for such shows.

The reality show throws light on the day-to-day operations of 9Mag tattoo shop's crew, as they overcome struggles they face in the industry. The real competition seems to be among the crew members themselves, via dramatic exits, fallouts and bad-mouthing one another. Does it get any better than this?

'Black Ink Crew: Chicago': Kitty Sovain creates a scene at the tattoo convention

'Black Ink Crew: Chicago': How much does Ryan Henry charge for tattoos?

In the episode that aired on Monday, November 8, 2021, the scene created by both Kitty and Draya at the convention has straight-up spiraled and completely blown out of proportion. Charmaine clearly does not get along with the two girls in particular, and the verbal fight that stirred up at the convention did not look pretty one bit. Moreover, one small incident is more than enough to be picked up by customers to spread rumors and throw a bad light on both 9Mag as well as 2nd City Ink tattoo shops.

To clear up the disagreement and to blow off some steam, Ryan holds a crew meeting with everyone in the team, while Draya joins on a video call. He initiates the conversation, hoping that the girls can take accountability for their mistakes and make peace with the present as they move forward. Unfortunately for him, the meeting takes a completely different turn!

Prince mentioned that he feels disrespected by Charmaine since he came to the convention to work under 2nd City Ink, but she moved him to 9Mag where he had to pay for the booth, even though he is an original tattoo artist. Instead of just accepting her mistake, Charmaine is quick to accuse Prince of cheating on her friend Miriah (who is out of town) because she saw his car parked at Draya's for the last couple of nights. While Prince constantly tells her that she is mistaken, Charmaine won't listen to what he has to say.

In addition to the chaos, Charmaine tells Draya that she doesn't want to work with someone who doesn't respect her. Draya is quick to respond saying she thinks Charmaine wants to just boss around, knowing nothing about work ethics, management, or real talent, which is why she is more than glad to cut off ties with the girls. Will these problems be cut off at the source or will Kitty and Draya leave the crew for good? Let's find out!
