The new season of 'Black Ink Crew: Compton' aired on VH1 on February 21, 2022. The show is incomplete without Danny "KP" Kirkpatrick, who is the owner and founder of the city's first tattoo shop. IAM Crompton is front and center throughout.

'Black Ink Crew: Compton' also features former Disney Channel actor and current star on 'Call me Kat', Kyla Pratt. Kyla is a big part of the show. Obviously, this is due to the fact that Kyla Pratt is dating Kirkpatrick, who is the main focus of the show. All the rumors surrounding their relationship began in 2011 when Kyla Pratt announced that she had given birth to her first child. Kyla Pratt gave birth to a baby girl named Lyric Kirkpatrick the year prior. In a Tumblr post, Kyla Pratt addressed the rumors and clarified that Kirkpatrick was her partner and father of her baby girl. KP once worked as a stripper, but he now has accomplished himself as a tattoo artist and rapper with his hard work and dedication. Kyla Pratt, on her Tumblr post, wrote, "We have been together for a few years now. He has been a tattoo artist for about eight years and has been writing and producing music around the same. This whole, he is a stripper and changed careers real quick so I wouldn't look crazy is some b*******, Just like every man out here, he found a hustle that had nothing to do with selling drugs, robbing people, or anything where he would put in jail."



 

Kirkpatrick, while talking about his relationship recalled the moment when he and Kyla met for the very first time, said, "Kyla and I met almost 11 years ago. I had two female cousins, and one of them invited her over... I walked in the house, my cousin introduced us." Kyla and KP have been engaged since 2011 and now share two daughters together. Although Pratt has clarified that they aren't rushing to tie the knot. The couple has been going strong for more than 13 years now. They are busy being hands-on parents to their children and enjoying a good life together.
