Blac Chyna wins part of her lawsuit against the Kardashians, gets access to unaired 'KUWTK' footage with Rob
Blac Chyna has won a part of the legal battle against the Kardashian-Jenner family. Page Six reported that the 32-year-old had sued the whole family over her canceled series, ‘Rob & Chyna’. Bunim/Murray Productions, which was behind the reality show, has been asked by a judge to give the unaired footage from what would have been season 2 of ‘Rob & Chyna’ to Chyna. Lynne Ciani, the lawyer of Chyna, said that the unaired video has Rob Kardashian and the model. In the footage, Rob reportedly expressed his love for his then-fiancée after she underwent a medical procedure.
The judge has also ordered the family to hand over the unaired footage from ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ filmed in March 2017 to Chyna. That footage contains Rob and ‘The Real Blac Chyna’ star working on their relationship and co-parenting their daughter, Dream Kardashian. Bunim/Murray has 45 days to hand over the unaired footage of the two shows to Chyna.
According to Ciani, there are several allegations against the famous family, with Chyna claiming that Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner played big roles in defaming her and illegally interfered with her “highly lucrative contract” with the E! Network/NBCUniversal. They have been accused of “illegal interference” due to which ‘Rob & Chyna’ was canceled.
For the latest hearing, Rob was not present as it was not important for the case. Rob’s attorney, Marty Singer, told Page Six: “We have not filed an opposition to the court for this request because the footage has no impact on the case. However, we have requested Blac Chyna’s OnlyFans footage and she has refused to release that footage to us.”
Chyna filed the lawsuit against the whole family in October 2017 accusing them of assault, battery, domestic violence, defamation, and interference with prospective economic relations in regards to ‘Rob & Chyna’ being canceled.
Blac and Rob had an on-and-off relationship before they got into a messy custody battle. They annouced their relationship in January 2016 and had their first child together in November of the same year. But by December 2016, trouble started showing in their paradise and next year in February, they officially announced their split.
Recently, Chyna was praised on social media after she said her "biggest flex" was raising her and Rob’s daughter without child support. While appearing on SiriusXM’s Hip Hop Nation, she said, “Just honestly taking care of my kids by myself as a single parent, but no child support. So that’s my biggest flex.” The Lashed creator’s comment came after she was questioned what was her "biggest flex" so far. "I feel Blac Chyna on every level, no child support and no type of monetary support, BIG FLEX," one social media user said at the time. The second one wrote, “Blac Chyna said my biggest flex is taking care of my kids with NOO child support and yet you see these other bitches draining a mf for thousands.”
“I actually applaud Blac Chyna for her saying her biggest flex is taking care of her kids without child support,” the third user said while the fourth one stated: “Blac Chyna said her biggest flex is taking care of her kids with no child support! YOU HOES COULD NEVAAAAAA.” “Blac Chyna said her biggest flex is taking care of her kids by herself, no CS. & I felt that,” another one said.
