‘Billions’ Season 5 Episode 4: Wendy and Taylor are a badass combination, will they break Bobby's trust?

With every episode, ‘Billions’ brings the big bucks in, even if it needs the major players to go through a total shift. Taylor Amber Mason (Asia Kate Dillon) struggles to find her edge while cutting a fossil fuel deal.
The backing comes from Wendy (Maggie Siff) when she advises Mason: "The Taylor Mason I first met never started a sentence with I. And never talked about personal wins and that Taylor Mason won all the time. Focus on process. It's where your genius shows up, the rest will follow."
She helps Mason understand that she wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Bobby Axelrod (Damian Lewis) earlier. Breaking that barrier in their mind, Taylor teams up with Wendy to go for the meeting again on Bobby's suggestion. Without a doubt, the pairing is perfect and they manage to get the CEO on board. After the phenomenal win, there is a new idea in Taylor's mind. "We nailed it. We should do it again. Turn Mase Cap into an impact fund. Together. Within Axe Cap. But ours." When the idea is put across to Wendy, she takes a beat to answer but it's clear she wants it too.
If Wendy and Taylor team up, will they be able to walk the steps towards a new success? Fans clearly feel so. "Wendy somehow can get everyone back on their shit #Billions," one said and another posted, "Wendy and Taylor combo would be badass #Billions." Wendy and Taylor, together, can move mountains. The question here is: Will they tell Bobby before taking the plunge or dive deep into it without a word to him?
