LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In the wake of Danny Masterson's recent sentencing of 30 years in prison following his rape conviction, his wife, Bijou Philips has no intention of filing for divorce, according to a source.
"She has had a very difficult time since the conviction. She loves Danny and has no plans to file for divorce. She will be by his side for it all," the insider revealed of the disgraced actor's spouse, reported OK Magazine.

On September 7, the 'That 70's Show' actor was ordered to serve 30 years in prison after a jury convicted him of raping two women in 2003.
Following the sentencing, a source revealed that Philips raised concerns about Masterson's safety in prison due to his high profile.
Speaking to Daily Mail, a source recently said that she is "very worried" someone will attack her husband and they claimed she has had "scary and morbid" thoughts since his rape conviction in May 2023.

"It is a nightmare, but she will be on his side moving forward and continue to be present for their daughter," said the insider who noted that Phillips' "stress" has become worse than what she "has felt before."
Despite her concern for Masterson's well-being, she "does not believe he will harm himself in jail." The source further added that Philips has unwavering faith in his innocence in the case.
The 43-year-old woman apparently "can't accept" that her husband is guilty of the crimes. "Danny is adamant he did nothing wrong and Bijou believes him," said the source.
