'Big Bang Theory' star Kunal Nayyar, who is famous for his role as the nerdy astrophysicist Raj on the show, decided to donate $5,000 to the family of a California news anchor who had recently passed away.
As reported by TMZ, the TV star made the largest contribution via a GoFundMe page which was made for the late KTLA TV anchor Chris Burrous. The GoFundMe page had been set up by Gigi Graciette who is a KTTV host. Kunal is one of a total of 1,330 people who have donated to the GoFundMe page, which in two days has already managed to raise $69,419 toward its $75k goal.
