“I’m so glad I’ll never know what my life would’ve been like without @beyonce‘s influence,” Swift captioned the post.

“The way she’s taught me and every artist out here to break rules and defy industry norms. Her generosity of spirit. Her resilience and versatility,” she added.

Heaping more praises on the legend, Swift shared, "She’s been a guiding light throughout my career, and the fact that she showed up tonight was like an actual fairytale." The last bit was a poignant reference to her 'Fearless' track, 'Today Was a Fairytale'.

What is the Taylor Swift vs Beyonce stan war?

The Taylor vs Beyonce stan wars became a notable moment in pop culture, stemming from an iconic feud between Taylor Swift and Kanye West in 2009.

The incident unfolded at the MTV Video Music Awards, where Kanye West infamously interrupted Taylor's acceptance speech to declare that Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time.

The memory is still alive, and when the two superstars posed alongside each other, it made the Internet go gaga.

Someone commented, "And just like that, they ended the stan wars!"

Another marked the end of the supposed feud writing, "Damn we really had a long run."

One comment read, "Beyoncé and taylor swift ending the fan wars once and for all."

Someone else said, "This is one of the greatest link up this year."

One wrote, "Two queens showing support to each other, love to see it."

"Omg it’s literally a peace treaty amongst fandoms," another declared.

It's finally a peace treaty!

The media often pitted Beyonce and Taylor Swift against each other during the time the former was headlining her Renaissance World Tour across America, coinciding with Taylor's performances under the Eras tour.

Despite the media narrative, the two artists have publicly praised each other in interviews, showcasing mutual admiration.

Beyonce even attended Taylor's 25th birthday celebrations, and Swift has expressed her love for Beyonce's songs while congratulating her on Grammy wins.

The recent display of solidarity, with the two leading women in the music industry posing together at Taylor's film premiere, brought joy to Stan Twitter.
