Beth Chapman's daughter Bonnie slams trolls for shaming her sexuality while mom lies in medically-induced coma
Bonnie Chapman is slamming social media trolls who shamed her for her sexual orientation while her mother Beth Chapman's health was declining. Bonnie is the daughter of Duane 'Dog The Bounty Hunter' Chapman and Beth Chapman.
Bonnie clapped back at trolls who had sent her homophobic messages while responding to health updates about her mother Beth who was recently placed in a medically induced coma in a Hawaii hospital. She shared screenshots of a few of the hateful messages and comments that she received from discriminating fans after she had recently come out as pansexual. She captioned the screenshot "Don't even try pissing me off right now, I will not tolerate it."
She had also highlighted a user who had written a homophobic comment on her coming out picture. She shared a picture of a DM from a fan who had tried to tell her that her prayers for her mother's quick recovery "fall on deaf ears" because of her sexuality. She called out the user and captioned a screenshot of the message, "People are ass****s today." In April, Bonnie had come out as pansexual in an emotional and touching Instagram post.
In the post, the 20-year-old had written, "For the past seven years, I've kept kind of a big secret to myself. I'm pansexual, now I’m sure the term is familiar with some people. It means to me I fall in love with personalities, rather than a gender. I haven't told many people until now. I was so scared when I told my parents in November, but they welcomed me with open arms. I appreciate those who knew and kept it a secret, thank you for letting me take my time. I truly am so thankful to you all."
She then concluded her message and said, "If you are in any way upset about this, please feel free to unfollow me." Most of her fans and followers supported her and responded well to her message. Beth Chapman has been in a coma since June 22 and is at the Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu in Hawaii. Just before announcing the news of her being hospitalized, Duane had tweeted, "Please say your prayers for Beth right now thank you love you."
