NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: A New York attorney, who chose to keep her identity hidden, sued actors Ben Affleck and Matt Damon for harassment.

According to an unusual lawsuit, the duo exploited her identity and personal experiences to their benefit.

She further claimed that they engaged in stalking and harassment to obtain and misuse her personal information by hacking into her devices.

The victim claimed she didn’t realize when she became an "unwitting participant" in their simulation, as per the suit filed in New York Supreme Court on Thursday, November 23, under the Adult Survivors Act.

She filed a separate lawsuit in November 2022

She implicated not only Affleck but also brought in Affleck's brother, Casey, along with his current wife Jennifer Lopez, actor Kevin Smith, Ryan Seacrest, and Weinstein, alleging their involvement in the situation.

In 2001, she became part of Damon and Affleck’s website, Project Greenlight, which was formed so the writers could come together and discuss their ideas and view contest submissions.

Her lawsuit also claimed similarities in her life on 'SNL' and 'Mob Wives' between 2010 to 2011.

Moreover, she found that 'Gone Girl,' which stars Affleck, had events and dialogue that mirrored her life, including other shows and films.

According to court documents, she went on to assert that she encountered Affleck multiple times between 2001 and 2003 at a laundromat. Allegedly, during these encounters, he was driving a Pearl Cadillac in Atlantic City and appeared to be "watching her."

“These allegations are corroborated by the fact that three of them use her first name or derivatives of it, another filmed in her neighborhood, several include the boxcutter, others include hourglasses, and one includes her birthday,” according to the court documents.

Series of bizarre accusations

Her bizarre claims also include that Damon began seeing the same dentist as her in 2009, and shot multiple projects near her home the next year. In 2015 she was asked if her home could be used as a film location, reports DailyMail.

The lawsuit adds that she has been left with "severe emotional distress," after being depicted as "a prostitute, stripper, promiscuous, drug addict" and accused the group of "disclosing embarrassing facts."

The woman feared for her life after hearing "snitches get stitches," repeatedly and many references to kidnap, rape, and murder.

She is demanding undisclosed compensatory damages, to exceed the jurisdiction of lower courts, it claims.

Interestingly, a related lawsuit was filed by the woman in November 2022, which was quashed in 2023. Her new suit states that the New York filing has updated allegations to those made the year before.
