LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Bella Ramsey, star of 'The Last of Us', spilled the beans about an unusual breakfast combination. During the interview, she and her on- and off-screen pal Pedro Pascal were discussing their last meal which consisted of cornflakes paired with orange juice instead of milk. Ramsey raved about the taste, saying, "It's so good."

Explaining the origin of this unique pairing, the 19-year-old actor said, "There once wasn't milk that I could drink, there wasn't oat milk or almond milk, so I just tried orange juice — years ago." Pascal, 48, chimed in, "And you loved it," proudly sharing that his last meal was toast. Ramsey confirmed, "And I loved it! And it's been a thing ever since." When Pascal asked how it felt on her tummy, she responded, "Actually fine." It seems this unlikely breakfast combo has become a favorite of these two stars.

Acid reflux

Fans had mixed reactions to Ramsey's recent revelation about her cereal preference, after a clip from a January interview resurfaced on Twitter. "Cereal with orange juice ... bella I can't defend you," tweeted one person, expressing their disapproval. Another fan declared their stance, stating, "No matter how much I love bella ramsey, I am NEVER eating cereal and orange juice."

Some fans were a bit more open-minded about Ramsey's choice. "The orange juice w the special k cereal they’re talking about doesn’t sound the worst but the actual cereal NO," commented a user. Meanwhile, another fan shared their own cereal combination, "I eat it with juice too, and fruits, but only the cornflakes, other cereals are completely disgusting." However, some fans expressed concern about the potential health consequences of the cereal and orange juice combo. "The acid reflux 10 years from now will prove that it was not in fact fine," tweeted one user, cautioning against the possible negative effects.

Ramsey in 'The Last of Us' Season 2

Ramsey takes on the role of Ellie in the dystopian world of "The Last of Us," where a fungal infection has transformed people into ferocious "infected." Pedro Pascal plays Joel, a smuggler who must transport Ellie to a rebel group who believe she may hold the key to a cure. In a January interview with The A.V. Club, Ramsey expressed her apprehension about releasing the project to the public, stating that it was "scary." However, she also expressed her enthusiasm for returning to the series for season 2.

Ramsey discussed her feelings in a March interview with ComicBook.com's The Last of Pods podcast, saying, "It still feels surreal to me that it's going to go again. But also, I don't want to go into it comparing it to the experience of the first season, because... season 1 of The Last of Us was the best year of my life, and it's not going to be the same. I just have to go into it being like, 'This is season 2. And I love season 1, but this is just going to be different.'" Her statement suggests that although she is excited to return to the show, she understands that each season will bring unique challenges and experiences.
